Gunn’s Hill Handeck

Glengarry Fine Cheese is located in Eastern Ontario just north of the village of Lancaster. They specialize in Fine Artisan style cheese from our neighbours Brown Swiss cow herd.This is a hand crafted washed rind cow's milk cheese that is produced using the same methods as a typical Swiss mountain style cheese. It is delicately aged on cedar wood planks adding robust flavors to the cheese. It is a drier hard cheese with very rich and complex flavors and nutty overtones.
